The ACT is a standardized multiple-choice pencil-and-paper test that is designed to assess the candidate's arithmetics, scientific verbal, and writing abilities for Undergraduate admissions primarily in the US and is a popular alternative for SAT. This test is administered seven times a year that is in February, April, June, July, September, October and December.
You will still have a chance if you miss the regular registration dates; you can easily register during the late registration period; this period extends 14 days beyond a city test date; you may be eligible to take the ACT during a standby registration period if you miss both the regular and late registration period.
