MBA in Canada Requirements

Academic qualifications: You may need a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with a minimum score of 75% or equivalent CGPA. You may also need to provide official transcripts to show your academic performance.

English proficiency: You may need to take an English proficiency test, such as IELTS, TOFEL, or PTE, and demonstrate that you can speak, write, and understand English well.

GMAT Score: Most universities require GMAT scores to assess your academic abilities and readiness for the program. A GMAT score of 645 out of 805 is considered good score to take Admit in good university.

Extra-Curricular Activities: Volunteering, Sports, community activity (like Community theater, event organizing, festival staff, and various other activities), academic activities (Examples include State/National/International Level participation Declamations, Model United Nations, Olympiad, and several more.)

Work experience: Some universities may require 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a related field. However, other universities may focus more on a student's potential rather than their previous experience.

Student Visa Requirement to Study in Canada

A Canadian student visa is referred to as a ‘Study Permit.’ The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website has updated information on the latest visa and immigration requirements. Students are advised to study the application requirements thoroughly before applying for a visa.​
To apply for a Study Permit, a student should have received admission from a university that is listed under the Designated Learning Institutions (DLI) list authorized by IRCC.
Once a student has received admission, they can submit their visa applications at any VFS centers or file their application online via the IRCC website.
The visa application also requires the submission of visa documents such as passport sized photos, a valid passport, an admission letter from the university, financial and academic documents, test scores, fee receipt (mandatory), scholarship and work experience documents (if applicable) and a medical report.
​​Post Study Stay Back Options
​
A post-graduation work permit (PGWP) grants permission to international students to remain in Canada and work full time for up to three years after graduating from a Canadian post-secondary institution. The length of the work permit depends on the length of the program.
