BEFORE YOU APPLY
Understand the minimum subject requirements: In addition to fulfilling the admission requirements as an international student, one must ensure that one fulfils the minimum subject requirements of the course one wishes to pursue. For e.g.- To pursue an undergraduate degree in Physics/Applied Physics from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, the applicant must have studied Physics and Mathematics at the Senior high school level.
Take the required tests: a) English language proficiency tests (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE) if needed. B) SAT/ACT/AP, if needed. C) Entrance Examination if needed. For e.g.- National University of Singapore (NUS) conducts the University Entrance Exam (UEE) for admission to its U.G. courses. NOTE: -
1. The minimum score required in each exam varies across the colleges. Check the website of the college to know the exam cut-off.
2. Before applying, make sure that you are aware of the tuition fee. Several universities have also posted information regarding estimated monthly expenditure to assist students in managing their finances.

1. Apply online: The application form for U.G. programs can be filled online on the university’s website at any time during the application period. The primary details to be filled in in the application form are as follows: -

2. Payment of Application fee: A non-refundable application fee of a given amount is to be paid.
3. Upload the supporting documents: Applicants are required to submit a clear set of supporting documents before the deadline. The list of documents can be obtained from the university website. For e.g.- List of all the supporting documents required to take admission in National University of Singapore (NUS)
Additionally, other documents like Letter of Recommendations (LOR) and Academic references must also be uploaded to get an edge over the other applicants.

1. Regularly check the application status- Once submitted the application, make sure to regularly check your application, documents, and payment status.
