Admission Season and Timeline
Application Start Dates
The university application portals open about 9-10 months before the actual session. Since the Fall intake begins in late August/early September, applications for it start around September of the previous year
Submission of Application
University deadlines for the Fall intake fall between December-February. The deadline dates and types could differ from university to university, course to course.
Admission Results
Most of the admission decisions are announced between March and May.

Academic Session Begins
There are two sessions in US universities: Fall Intake and Spring Intake. The Fall Intake is the primary/major intake. It starts from early September to December. The Spring intake starts from January till May. Please note that not all universities offer the Spring intake.
